Assistant Front Office Manager Holiday Inn Coventry M6 J2, Hinckley Road, Coventry, CV2 2HP

As Assistant Front Office Manager you will support the Front Office Manager with the reception, nights and porterage team across thishotel.

Your role will be to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the brand requirements in regards to Front Office. You will liaise closely with the Front Office Manager, housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that bedroom comfort and cleanliness is maintained.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing and front desk accounting to ensure that all guests’ bills are accurately prepared prior to check out.

You will assist with recruitment and training of the front of house team and driving their engagement within the hotel.
We are looking for someone who can make this role their own and add their own individuality and personality to the role, whilst maintaining the brand standards required and delivering exceptional hospitality.

Requirements
Previous experience of working in a 3 star branded hotel would be an advantage.
Use of Opera v5 would be beneficial.
