A day in the life of…
As Guest Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the World with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.
Based in the Hampton by Hilton Blackpool you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
We're in Blackpool's South Shore, a 10-minute walk from Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterpark. Blackpool Tower, Madame Tussauds, Central Pier, and Winter Gardens are within two miles. The tram station is across the street for easy travel along the coast. Our bar and lounge are open 24 hours a day, and we offer free breakfast each morning. WiFi is free too.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. Knowledge of a Property Management System such as OnQ or Opera will be advantageous however full training will be provided.
