We are on the lookout for  GUEST SERVICES MANAGERS for our *BRAND NEW* Hotel, Holiday Inn Heathrow, Bath Road.

We’re looking for ENERGETIC LEADERS and people managers who will add LIFE, positivity and CONFIDENCE to the team; ensuring quality service and standards are ALWAYS met, whilst delivering a guest experience that is unique for all.

The Guest Services Managers will also help in keeping our Hotel and all who are inside safe and secure while maintaining our unique Hotel brand standards.

  • Have proven excellent people skills in leadership and management
  • Have previous experience with Hotel evacuations, safety and fire safety
  • Have Opera reservations system and IHG Hotel experience too (ideally)!
