A day in the life of…
As Guest Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the World with a friendly smile and exceptional service.
Duties will include:
• Hotel reception including check-in and check-outs.
• Preparing and serving food and drinks.
• Bar service.
• Cleaning duties overnight whilst the guests are sleeping.
You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.
Based in the Hampton by Hilton Newcastle you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. We require flexiblity to work any of our 8 or 12 hours shifts between 7am and 11pm across any day of the week.
