Madeleine Tye – Regional Director of Sales

I joined Interstate Hotels and Resorts in 2013 and have never looked back.

Working for Interstate Hotels and Resorts, provides me with the opportunity to work with a variety of owners, brands and independent hotels.

During my five years with the organisation, I have received continuous development to enable me to grow into various Roles, from on property Director of Sales to Cluster Director of Sales and now Regional Director of Sales.

In my role as Regional Director of Sales, I support hotel teams with the implementation of strategic sales and marketing actions and strategies that maximise probability, budgets are achieved and RevPAR index and market share targets are met.  I also get great satisfaction in coaching, developing and succession planning of Sales Managers within my team, to ensure we have “The Best in Class”

I am excited to be an integral team member of Interstate as it continues to evolve, along with the personal development, as the business continues to change and grow.

I believe the future of the hospitality industry is ever evolving and I am as excited about the future now, as I was when I started out on my career path.
